I read a scientific study report that proved melanin levels go hand in hand with violent behaviour.

White lab rats are no accident. Docile and compliant creatures. But, this study bred for increased melanin. Blacker the rats, more crazy and aggressive they became.

Yea and are quick to use a knife in a fight and rob grannys

Mangey too

Yep. Again, I was trying to dodge the obvious; That thing looks both small, and just how one might expect a pampered, well fed and cared for ranch bred fur baby to look, shortly after having stunk out its new owners home and been dumped.

Bit like a xmass / lock down (new reality) puppy, slung out, really.

Cheers.

Lovely pics mate shame he has the mange, but still stunning to see, I,ve always thought they were fur farm refugees as everything about them is slightly different size, coat, head shape, be interesting to find out if it is or they are just an adaptation of a normal red one ?

Same as that especially as a lot of melonistic animals are completely docile like rabbits and squirrels, here is a preview of a really good film about a black leopard and how it thrives in places a spotty one wouldn’t and vice versa ??

It's when the melon is coupled with copious amounts of fried chicken things go awry

Funnily enough, I have read - can't remember now if it was in lit. or just chatter on a forum - how the black 'grey squirrels' are, in fact, more aggressive. I even have a photo of a striking piece of taxidermy work I once came across that clearly shows a grey being aggressed by a black counterpart.

Anyway, I'm just the messenger.
