There is private student blocks mushroom close by  you wouldn't believe much money uclan have spent hundreds of millions and the town has loads of private investment try trinity student village kexgill student accommodation I will see if I get you a list of vetted accommodation mushroom

That would be brilliant mate It's been over 12 years since I lived in Preston (Ashton on Lea), so I'm very green as to what's available in the area.

My old area larches and  you wouldn't believe what town is like now even the old Adelphi area is all student friendly now mushroom I will see if I can get a list of accredited private accommodation

Forget the name of the pub on Savick.. went in once when it reopened (probs around 2006) someone got stabbed

I used to have free reign of the golf course, all of Ken's land and a large part of land all the way up to st Michael's and over the A6, up to forest of bowland... them were the days, wandering around at all hours with an air rifle, staffy and a lurcher

(Lived just pass the bridge from cotty, on the right hand side) Remember a mate (Tommy I think his name was) shut down the ring road coz he hit the power cables with his digger lol, got out of his digger and fuucked off to the pub. I rocked into the pub after being stuck for over an hour in the traffic, moaning and the cnut sat there laughing
