I don't know what the issue has been, but it was early in the year when I first went to the shop and they were low on brass, and didn't know when supplies were going to be available

No it was before the virus and lockdown carry on

The leather shop is always like the fork handles scene from the two Ronnies, they make you stay on one side of the counter as they go back and forward to to the sky high set of drawers rummaging about for bits lol, the lads are there busy with their own leatherwork, must be a hassle having to stop as and when someone comes in to be served,no I'm not in any hurry for anything mate

Well I wish I had a leather shop near me. most of mine is online or phone places. Walsall is only up the road really where all the saddlers are but its not an easy journey with traffic. Theres a good foundry called F Martins but they make a lot to order for you. Its good quality stuff and you dont have to buy a load.
