sandymere 8,261 Posted December 21, 2019 Report Share Posted December 21, 2019 (edited) As been said pack up the fags, if over weight that will be the next issue, once settled some good cardio exercise on top of the others may get you off, or at least on a low dose, of medication. 10 to 20 points off the top figure, systolic , fore each of the 3 interventions if they are currently problems, that's potential drop of 30 to to 60...
