king 12,022 Posted April 8, 2019 Report Share Posted April 8, 2019 someone said a story on here years ago.when the miners strike was on a local lad in the village netted a large trout lake and knocked on every door in the village and handed over a decent sized trout.and considering folk had zero income or money i bet that single fish was really appreciated. that's allway's stuck in my mind for some reason....
