The NHS must do more to take white privilege and increase more black and ethnic minorities representation among senior management and directors.

WTF is this wankhole coming to? We don't need any token blacks or Muslims in these roles if they don't deserve to be, you employ the best person for the job and that's that!

Sadly no one is allowed to challenge these ridiculous out bursts for fear of loosing everything to the left wing media, but in there own words only 18 percent of senior staff are from a black or ethnic minority,s as 97 percent of the U.K. Population is white that means only 3 percent are from a minority so that is 6 times higher than the national average but still we are branded racist and told to do more, ???

I would put money on the fact this sort of shit doesn't happen in Harare or Timbuktu nor lagos because they have no whiteys working in their hospitals,its all black privilege this snowflake sarah jane marsh said she wont sit in on an interview unless theres a black representative,she herself is white,what a f***ing apologist dinlo

I have to laugh though. A government-run institution has the government set affirmative action target through government ruling. Blames the doctor.

Here's one. The NHS overspent by "about £1bn" according to the 2017-18 annual report.

Bean counters are quite pleased though Even though it's higher than 2016-17 £791m overspend it's significantly less than the £2.45bn overspend in 2015-16. Pundits are saying that it's a funding problem. Anyone else with a calculator can see it's a spending problem.

The NHS should be kept just ran better and charge those that miss appointments and flogg then charge those that abuse staff drunk or high or just being  wankers for the sake of it.

That is infuriating but this is exactly what happens when you let people that have no business doing so, manage money.

Its just another way of the super rich gaining more money and power thru laymens hard work and misery.

It cannot work long term because the system is completely unsustainable. It's like if you and your spouse were in debt from overspending and now you're having a meeting to see how much more you're going to spend to get yourselves straight...

To give another example the budget for the NHS is roughly £125bn. They overspent last year by roughly £1bn.

The entire budget for the US Army with the current exchange rate is £90bn and they sure as sh*t aren't using Victorian era buildings and sharing equipment.
