The biggest difference where I am is that they have pretty strict policies on booze. You can only buy wines and spirits in state-run outlets. If you can imagine your local supermarket without a wines and spirits section? Saying that if you go to an off license in Nevada you'd never be able to look at your local offy the same ever again!
