The planet has warmed up and cooled down forever. BUT, that said of course we are not helping matters. Like all things, the debate on climate change has (imho) been hijacked and used to expl

I've already got my log burner going. All dead trees though through tamarisk beetle infestation. Alas, my 89 diesel truck is a super volcano on wheels... Take that hippies!

Francie....how come you can believe that trannies are taking over the world but you cant believe that humans are playing a big part in global warming lol?

That one says that only a fifth of global emissions is absorbed...

Yeah an that the trees an forests are geting bigger because of this extra co2, an thats just the african trees, what about all other forests around the world..

I cant see how co2 is damaging when the forests love it, could you explain your concern chris?

Thats my point chris, the group that reviews it will all be supporters of the said topic, or will the other side peer review it also?

That's the beauty of it mate. Peer review is where people in the community test and attempt to replicate the study. It isn't an agenda. It will either support it or not based on the conditions of the original experiment.

Chris could you explain to me the hypocrisy of the big coporations using vast amounts of resources, only then to pin it on joe soap, lol

I can't mate. I'm not denying hypocrisy I'm just saying that we're going to be having it rough for a while. I can also see the irony in the forums anti-globalists using the all the benefits of globalisation to denounce it. If we're consuming to the degree we are then surely we are part of the problem, no? :hmm:

But it's still only a fifth... four-fifths aren't being absorbed can you see why that might be a concern?

Not really no, the african forest is sucking up 1/5 of the co2, an as the study shows, the trees are loving it, an getting bigger an thicker.

What about the amazon forest, or the aborial forest in russia, those two are much bigger forests the the african ones, so there bound to be sucking up another two fifths?

An what about the rest of the forests around the world?

How can co2 be poisonus to the planet when its obviously a plant nutrient?

How about we just plant more trees problem solved mate?
