Good job your Mrs didn't tell them you worked her (your bitch ) or she'd of been told "Get out of this county" John Craven style @wankers Haha well i do enjoy a spot of countryfile I was just excited as hell to have her on tv The dog or the missus? Countryfile is the most sickly programme going!! "Here we are at a lovely arboretum. Look how lovely these trees are and if you open the curtains maybe you might see a tree if you're really lucky" Meanwhile dairy farmers are being bu11f0cked at 13p per litre for milk left right and centre with more and more farmers throwing the towel in leading to more and more intensive farming systems - "Daddy, where have all the cows gone? Why aren't they in the fields anymore like in your old photos?"and nothing is mentioned about that. Large building contractors are buyoing up floodplain land STILL and not utilising brown belt land for housing as they are not getting the subsidiaries the government has been on about for the last umpteen years, no mention of that no, they just rock up a week or a month after the flood hit and show how jolly and fun it is to move people back upstairs after spending all of two weeks in their repaired home following the damage the floods caused three years ago with no hope of ever selling their home or getting home insurance. No investigation into anything that actually matters, just the nice stuff to show what lies outside of the M25 every Sunday. It's no coincidence that they use childrens TV presenters on their shows as people make the transition from Blue Peter to "More grown-up" shows. It helps to keep a sense of familiarity, they speak in turns of phrases people can understand and they always show nice things about nice things. Don't even get me started about the Down On The Really Well Off Turning Profit Like Alan Sugar With Your Brand New Trucks 4x4s Trailors Every Week And BBC Funded High End Contract Farm With Adam section. Seriously, the guy has a different brand new vehicle every week, they just put a handful of straw in the back to make it look like it's been near a barn on a windy day. "Really, I don't know why farmers are complaining that they can't meet demand for our £3 per bird or 8Kg beef joint for £4.99 when that farmer off the TV looks ot making a mint and is really happy, I really don't"
