Bad Ear

My deerhound x grey pup over the last couple of day seems to have a bad ear... Nothing visible but one ear is dropped and when she shakes her head she cries.. Any ideas what it could be? She's fine if I touch it

If its a young pup it could be ear mites, dirt or the start of an inner ear infection.

Grass seed ? Mine is the same but he yells when I touch his back ! Not Good ?

get t to the vet , and get examined proper , why guess what it is ??

if you dont have much experience with dogs then the Vet is the best option.

Had grass seed in 4 dogs ears over the years all happened this time of year every one went to vets not one cost me under £250

As deserbred said, could be the start of an ear infection. Especially if she's crying/whining when shaking her head. Could be grass seed, but sounds more like ear infection. Anyway, as others have said, vet is the way to go
