jeemes 5,082
It is acidic itself but has an acid neutralising effect in your body. Quote Link to post
Maximus Ferret 2,065
ahh Jeemes, we'll have to agree to disagree on this. (In other words, you're wrong). Quote Link to post
jeemes 5,082
I take your point Maximus about studies etc and I agree a lot of this natural stuff is being sold to us and we shouldnt just believe anything we are told and believe all the claims, especially by people selling it to us.BUT if you are keeping an open mind to absorb new knowledge which Im sure you are then try googling Margaret Hills clinic and have a look at that. As I said in a previous post I know at least one person cured of arthritis strictly using this diet which was acknowledged by a consultant at the hospital in a letter to his colleague. In other words,he believed in the vinegar. Quote Link to post
Maximus Ferret 2,065
To be honest I'm not seriously fussed either way. I just like an argument sometimes . I have a bit of arthritis in my wrists from working out with a heavy sandbag in my younger days and in my knees from years of cycling and freediving with metre long carbon fibre fins. Walking downhill with weight on my back is a bit dodgy these days but I reckon persevering is the way to go. Use it or lose it. I still cycle a fair bit and freedive too, though after a few hours in the sea, climbing out over rocks is painful on the knees . All well worth it though. Keep on truckin'. (Maybe I should get some cider vinegar after all) Edited July 20, 2016 by Maximus Ferret Quote Link to post

(Sorry Jeemes, I've been out and got more beer now.) Edited July 20, 2016 by Maximus Ferret Quote Link to post

I won't disagree with you there. At the risk of boring Jeemes to death I'll proudly boast that I marched at Torness and other places in the 80's. Quote Link to post
