Change Of Pellet In The Hw110

Recommended Posts

after missing straight forward long shots with the bisley mags i thought it was time for a change so I've cleaned the barrel and re leaded the 110

with h&n ftt there a couple of grain lighter than the mags with still enough weight to knock down at the far ranges some of us have to do cos the cover/lack of cover just isn't there!!

and lets just say I'm pretty happy with the results, this is by no means a big bag but where I've been its never going to be!

I've spent the last two weeks shooting into the trees but tonight it was time for a change of tac cos it was just not happening...

the woody was taken off the knee cos he was on the back side of a slope at about 35m, he needed a quick follow up which finished the job!

on retrieving it i clocked a few rabbits in a gate way half way up the field so i hit revers and got out of sight and made my way to the nearest point i could see them without getting busted!!

paced out both ways 58m give or take.. two md hold over glad i bought the bigger pod just cleared the grass!

fist shot instant check out
