Anybody Have Any Knowledge On Employment Law

The CEO issued the suspensions along with our line manager.

Our line manager issued the dismissals.

The CEO has now decided that she is the only person to hear the two lads appeals.

As I said before, she will dismiss the appeals we fully accept that.

But surely if what we have been told is right it should be a person out with either the CEO or line manager that deals with this if they are to get a fair hearing
