mattwhite 1,993
I've posted this in here as it's not a hunting writeup, more a pellet gripe with an added collared dove as a bonus! Cutting a long story shortish, I came to re zero with a new batch of jsb exacts and the weights ranged from 8.32 to 8.62 grn combined with the bad condition of skirts on a more than I would expect percentage from a top end pellet brand I decided to back of the cupboard them and reach for the bis mags. When I bought the hw100 earlier this year they grouped ok but not as good as the exacts. Now the rifle is well and truly run in they seem to be grouping just as well if not better at range than the exacts. I put around 250 bisleys through her and started packing up for home when the collard dove below flew in at a lazed 42 yards. As I was on a perm where I control the large dove numbers I applied the correct holdover and down he went with a good entry and even bigger exit wound so I think I'm sticking with these pellets for the time being. Thanks for reading lads. Quote Link to post
Jonjon79 13,358
Bisley Magnums work really well in my daughters Goldstar se.... They're a good pellet and they hit hard. Have you tried Weihrauch Magnums and JSB Heavy? Quote Link to post

mark williams 7,568
In the KT and TX - 8.4 grain A Arms Fields ( 4.52) but I will try out the A Arms Express in the KT when I have run out of Fields. ( a bit of a wait there) In the KS - Falcon Accuracy Plus 13.43 grain (5.52) -- (623 ft/sec) The Fields hit really hard as do the FAP`s and both extremely accurate. atb 1 Quote Link to post
villaman 9,982
AA express are so good in my HW100k and got the mag in the ultra to work with them as well ,fantastic pellet , My shooting partner could not believe the shoot i took the other night at 60 yards with these pellets JSB heavies are another very good pellet in most guns 2 Quote Link to post

I've had the same with them in 5.52 prob about the same percentage, they weren't damaged by crushing they'd come out of the mould and it had dragged the skirts in exact same place! what a load of sh!te , even the reasonable ones would have been an aa reject not wasting me money on them again, aa field for me ace pellet and always good quality atb si 2 Quote Link to post
