Size Of Photos (Mods)

Recommended Posts

to the mods, this is not a complaint, just a curious question,

when trying to post a pic on here it says its to big, couldnt you raise the size of the pics from your end to make things easier? so we could just post as and when with out having to size them down, or doesnt it work like that, i cant even post pics from my phone on here, i have no idea how it all works or whats involved, like i said im not complaining its just a question, thats all.

Try this. Play about with the reduced size a little. The app will then save the re-sized photo next to the original one in the photo folder, select the re-sized photo in the THL attach files reply box, then you should be able to post up a picture straight off your phone.

You may have to reduce the file size more than once, but once you've got the file size small enough for THL to accept it, just keep using that file size and don't change it.

It's what I use for all those lovley Barb, I mean river scenes I post up.

Save pics in photobucket then just copy IMG and paste on to your post

There's a phone app called IMAGES EASY RESIZER. Download that to your phone and resize your photo's to 450x450 or something around that size! Not the answer you guy's are looking for, but it does work with little hastle!

the size is set due to the file size and speed of the site. it is simple to re-size pictures to be honest. something like picassa you can preset the size so it sizes automatically.
