Up A And E All Last Night

Recommended Posts

My Mrs did the ice thing 5 years ago, broke the big bone in her ankle all the way through, took two weeks for the swelling to go down, her ankle was L shape before the hospital put it straight. A plate and a few bolts and screws put her right. I'll admit, when I saw it I was shocked. 4 months off work. Her nagging nearly broke me.

I'm sorry to hear about your good lady but at least she was initially treated at the scene so there was less movement to the break area. Hopefully that was a help in sorting her leg.

Make sure she does all the stretches and what the physio says as someone else mentioned previously the ligaments take longer to heal. All the best mucker.

Took my Mrs two weeks in hospital, it was a good break though.

Sounds nasty, hope she makes a speedy recovery.

Garden decking is the worst thing for slipping on, been over a couple of times on mine.

I find a bucket of hot water with half a bottle bleach and a stiff yard broom is the best thing to clean it.
