walshie 2,804
I'd probably be alright not eating chocolate if I never had to get fuel again. Our local petrol station has a £1 offer on big bars of chocolate every day. I just can't resist a bargain.

Just cutting it out of the tea, not eating chocolate, biscuits etc has helped..(plus no beer for 4 weeks now). I feel better and lost over half a stone in a couple of weeks. I'm training fairly hard but will need to look at my diet more closely as I progress, I realise I'll need to add stuff to my diet and get it right, I'm lucky that I don't carry loads of weight and quickly "fit up"... I'm not too clued up on the right diets for certain training etc, so just eating healthy and snacking on fruit or nuts if I feel hungry, any advice on diets to help with training would be helpful (I don't need to lose anymore weight now, it's just getting fit)
