You get sugar so many ways Ray, I was over doing it IMO.. if I had 5 cups of tea in a day that would be 10 spoonfuls, then a couple of bars of chocolate, a few biscuits it soon adds up....

Just cutting it out of the tea, not eating chocolate, biscuits etc has helped..(plus no beer for 4 weeks now). I feel better and lost over half a stone in a couple of weeks.

I'm training fairly hard but will need to look at my diet more closely as I progress, I realise I'll need to add stuff to my diet and get it right, I'm lucky that I don't carry loads of weight and quickly "fit up"...

I'm not too clued up on the right diets for certain training etc, so just eating healthy and snacking on fruit or nuts if I feel hungry, any advice on diets to help with training would be helpful (I don't need to lose anymore weight now, it's just getting fit)

Considering I've only got to walk past any bit of water and need to fish it, going 50 odd miles without chucking a line out will be hell.!! lol
