cragman 2,843
My daughters partner of 10 years has just got his chartered accountancy ticket along with all the initials after his name. I've seen him go from shelf stacker to what he is today. Worked really hard and the amount of work involved was immense. Green grass, your wife has done good, now to reap the rewards of her graft. Big up for the lady ?

gnasher16 31,602
You,ve heard the saying " your wife should also be your best friend ".......well never is that saying more appropriate when you are married to an accountant Well in the Greengrass family......it doesnt matter where you start its where you end thats important
pesky1972 5,673
Studying whilst working and raising kids is hard work and takes a shedload of discipline and dedication. My missus is studying at the moment, and I've done a bit in the past so know exactly what it takes. That level of ambition and willingness to back yourself doesn't exist in everyone so my hat goes off to anyone who goes for it and lasts the course. Well done Mrs Greengrass ??

Greengrass 208
Lads she failed her final exam by 1% on four occasions since 2013. Now do the math and tell me what the chances of failing by 1% on four different occasions in four different exams is ? I will freely admit I said to her Don,t put yourself through this , but she banged on. I actually got her to phone the examining board and ask them seeing as they were supposed to be so good with figures what the chances would be of someone failing by that 1% on numerous occasions, Mrs Greengrass being who she is said I'll just have to re-sit it, so she did...again and again. And let me tell you lads , no amount of money ( no pun intended ) could buy what she has achieved. Thanks for your kind words Greengrass
