fireman 11,487
We had a freak tornado go through our village a few months back, trampolins taking off roof tiles, fences not just getting blown down but going across fields along with a few trampolines and some panels have never been found, big oak trees getting shattered like i've never seen before and how my aviaries stood up to it feck knows as my fence right next to didn't last long.Have to say it was like looking out to a different world and thank feck it lasted just a few moments as it looked like a war zone along my street but no damage was done at all to anywhere outside it's pathline which was only 50 yards wide.Don't mind any weather really but when the winds like that it sure makes you feel small and vunerable.. neil cooney 10,416
They say a tornado is like a marriage. At first there's a lot of sucking and blowing and then you loose your house. It's been very rough here all day, not nice.

Lab 10,979
I'm surprised there's not much more trees down round me. The forestry over the last year and a half has had large chunks of fallen wood cleared so the rest will be weak. They will be even weaker when they end up in my stove. Lovely...?? As for fences falling down that's a win win for me.....?
