big napper 3,635 Posted October 30, 2015 Report Share Posted October 30, 2015 ive just got a new gun lamp and it has red, green, blue and clear built in lights, i don't know which would be the best colour for rabbits & pigeons ( as i haven't done a lot of lamping ) if any would be better than the other that is, just asking the lads that use different filters what they have found works best, any help would be great, thanks 1 Quote Link to post

Blue :For highlighting contrast in snow, rain and foggy conditions. Green :Specially for spotting animals and game with sensitive eyes.. Quote Link to post

moxy 617 Posted October 30, 2015 Report Share Posted October 30, 2015 Just have a play with the filters you have. LED,s tend not to filter right and you end up with a coloured white light as opposed to a true colour and in instances they are a waste of time. Quote Link to post
