While we where out and about yesterday coming home we crossed a railway crossing and I said look left there will be a few rabbits , Well the field was covered it really got up and bloody moved its going to give somebody great numbers with the wires but the thing is and its a big thing ,is its overlooked by the R.S.P.C.A. call centre for Scotland

 

Would any of you snare it ?. At least the would check your doing it right

There's a rcpca place not far from me,,,same set up,,,grass paddocks both sides,,and a railway bank behind,,,I have lamped and ferreted many times....

I would defo snare here, simply because I could.

Would make sure that I was squeaky clean regarding the law, if you do that, then no action can be taken

WE where just talking about that last night set the snares check them after dark recheck them at first light then pull them not lifting them and rest them at tea time the next night till the catches fissled out im of the opion the less folk like that know the better

So long as you got permission, I'd make a point of it! And as said make sure your totally squeaky clean. But as a side thought if they saw you setting them you'd probably have no snares left when you returned!
