Piano Man On Tv.

Recommended Posts

Aww you dear guys....Thank you, all of you, for such kind compliments about what I'm about. I always wanted to be an artist painting aircraft and ships right from when I was a very young lad but, I had piano lessons foisted on me as well. My dad was a brilliant painist and it rubbed off on me and my two younger brothers, who are themselves professional musicians. Music is an equally big part of my life as well as art. Hence the "Pianoman" handle

I'm very lucky I can earn my living from doing what I love to do. It's taken a lifetime to be able to get there but, here I am, painting aircraft all day and playing piano and keyboards as a sessions pro and the occasional live gig with a band.

Shooting is a skill like playing or painting, you have to have a dedication to it to become really skilled as a marksman but, it is marvelous how anyone prepared to learn can quickly turn knowledge into a practical skill with a rifle. One of the things I love about this sport. It doesn't select only a few but, everyone can access it and, if they wish and apply themselves, can become a skilled marksman with a rifle.

Thank you again Gentlemen all.

Simon

PS I'm on the radio again! This Monday morning, "Melvyn In The Morning" Show BBC Radio Lincolnshire sometime from 11 am onwards Talking about the Battle Of Britain 75th Anniversary commemorations and my painting of an air combat involving a Lincolnshire Spitfire unit that was fought over Skegness in August 1940.which has just been launched
