I decided to get a hw100 in the end, .177 ks. Set the scope up, cleaned the barrel out with one of those pull through kits. Had a few shots to get used with it a bit. Had one look out with it so far, did not chance anything over 30yds to start with, had 7 rabbits in range got 6. Well happy with it and think i have made the right choice calibre wise, sold my .22. I cleaned the barrel first.

What do you lads recommend for night vision, add on or scope. I am getting a 95k soon so could use the mamba scope on that if i got a NV scope. I have a couple of places it would be well worth getting set up with NV for.

You most certainly made the right choice of rifle and calibre.

To take the rifle`s and your accuracy levels to very high standards (if you may allow me) - put a bipod on her  .

30 yds is nothing for this rifle, she will take rabbits at 50 + yards with ease.

She loves Air Arms Fields 8.4 grain, - "very hard hitting and supremely accurate".

If you want a add on ,go for a Ward D-700 , fantastic bit of kit , takes only about 40 seconds to put it on http://www.nightvisionstore.co.uk/ward-d-vision-700-digital-night-vision-c2x14686536 Its on par if not better than my pulsar N550 and thats loads better than the photons IMO
