No she wasn't chipped already, vet had seen posts on social media.. Il hopefully find out more when I speak to the vet.. Like most of the followers on here have correctly said 'NAME AND SHAME' these low lifes in our society. If any genuine person found someones dog they would of course want the dog back with it's rightful owner. 'I find it most delightful when genuine dog lads unite together".
