Maximus Ferret 2,057 Posted May 18, 2015 Report Share Posted May 18, 2015 I've got a 14ah. I always put it on charge as soon as I get in the door and I've never bottomed it out yet. I use it with a variable power blitz and always keep the lamp low until the dog's running. I rarely go for more than 4 hours so I reckon for a couple of hours, 10ah should do you fine if you're careful. Then again, better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it. However like Maximus says "better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it." Hence why I got the 22ah. Quote Link to post

TOMO 24,923 Posted May 18, 2015 Report Share Posted May 18, 2015 Like anything it depends on how long your out,,,,how much you have it on,,,and the size of bulb,,,I have a striker,,it did have a 100 w bulb in,,,,I could and did flatten both my 10 and 14 amp lithium bats out In one night,,, But up in them hills ,,,whith lots of rabbits,,,the lamp is on a lot ,,,,down here on flat winter seed,,,it's just a quik sweep with the lamp,,,then pic your target....the lamp is off far more 1 Quote Link to post

But I have finished the both in some parts off the country .. Only ever bottomed my mates 22ah a handful of times Quote Link to post
