Selene 0 Posted May 9, 2015 Report Share Posted May 9, 2015 Hi, my name is Selene. I am new to this forum. Not new to hunting, but I started late in adulthood. Still learning the ropes. Been lucky enough to have some friends (coworkers) and their understanding wives let me join in hunting during Fall. I started with rifle hunting, and this is predominantly what I use. I picked up a starter bow from Cabela's last Fall, and learning about it but would love to learn more. I have some questions since this is a big forum and I am just starting to check this out. A quick answer to each question might help me find some topics easier. Thanks in advance! Questions: 1. Is this forum all about hunting? Does anyone share fishing photos/tips/guide? I do both and almost everything outdoors - hunt/fish/hike 2. Is there a category on bowhunting? 3. Are there discussions about game meat processing - like making jerky, sausage, canning, etc? Would love to know more about this. 4. Does anyone post about other activities like - hunting for morels, picking huckleberries, etc. Morels on the side with elk steak, topped with huckleberry sauce is delicious. 5. Lastly, I watch a lot of online videos about hunting/fishing and some are so inspiring. Is it ok to share now and then a good hunting/fishing or maybe just hunting video here? Thanks everyone!
