Quick Look Out This Morning

2 shots 2 kills ,first was a woody at 30 yards head shot but could not retrive it as it ended up stuck in the fork of the tree as it fell stone dead,second one a crow at 40 yards feeding on the carcas of a dead rabbit managed to sneake up behind it as it was eating shot it at the base of the neck killed straight out,nothing out about so headed for home was only out from 730 till 830 very cold this morning

Beats working mate, it is annoying when you can't retrieve stuff especially when you can see it.

I bagged a woody this afternoon. Only a 15 yard shot but it'll be a nice butty tomorrow.

Thanks chaps yeh it does pi,s you off when you can see it bjt cant reache it, but I bet the maggies and crows get it but I suppose thats life

Woke up at 5 this morning couldn't get back to sleep so went and had a sit out on the local golf course for an hour

Plenty of rabbits about managed to shoot 7

It started getting light at 6 o'clock by 10 past the walkers where out so had to pack up

All good apart from the rabbits where absolutely dripping with fleas
