I prefer to use a heat lamp as with a tube heater the bottom of the bed only is warmed up but a heat lamp above the dog spreads the heat out further and covers more of an area keeping the dog warmer ........

That what I use. When dogs are wet and cold you cant beat them,plus they provide some light for me to see the dog.

Kingspan is spot on for that purpose! Insulated my entire kennel in it and it was probably warmer than my house!

Plus you can get piles of off cuts from a builders skip!

insulated box , in the shed tube heater in ta box kingspan ALL ROUND plus the lid ,the tube only needed on very cold wet nights when dog put a shift in ..the tubes arefar cheeper than ta lamp.atb bunnys.

you have them in bed with yer ... I like to have mine with me as I am fukc ugly and can't pull a Bird so I fiddle with my dogs ...
