robin hood 109
Thats all he is a prospect,a good one yes but untill he gets tested by a experienced fighter i will reserve judgement, how his promoter and others say he is the best British heavyweight to date i think gives no respect to the likes of Tyson,Haye, chisora, let Joshua fight one of them three,i seen kevin Johnson is lined up next 38 year old at least they are getting younger, another punch bag

gnasher16 31,276
,i seen kevin Johnson is lined up next 38 year old at least they are getting younger, another punch bag The same punch bag Chisora and Fury fought after 20 odd fights you mean ?.....Taking on an opponent who has never been stopped is a solid test for any 10 fight novice.....and Johnson is 35 not 38. Joshua is being brought along slightly too quickly but thats the price you pay for being an Olympian....other than that everything is perfectly in place.

Mike Tyson was still fighting bus drivers and roadsweepers after 9 fights ......for example.
MIK 4,763
I hear what your saying ...he is a breathe of fresh air in the heavy weight division and boxing in general its good to see a fighter so humble and letting his fists do the talking ...lets hope he doesnt get an ego ...and all youngsters should take in how he goes about his business ...I wont even let my son watch a Fury interview

You cant be serious ............well you would like to think Roger Federer would compete against other professional tennis players would you not From day 1 Tyson was aiming to be the youngest heavyweight champion in history which is obviously very rare.....most heavyweight prospects will end up fighting for a world title between 3 and 4 years after turning pro, thats the average.......Joshua has been a pro for 13 months.
