Lower case?

Theres a reason that hobart come up all the time, I spose its because its because they are up to the job. I mean, its not like everyone is raving about the £60 sausage makers available. Ive been looking and theres not a lot available for home use. Your probably looking at a USA import. Hello I have an adult bitch that has been fed on tinned and dry mixer, and I’m thinking of transitioning her to raw and dry mix. I understand it should be done gradually so won’t be changing it overnight but Would just like to know if anyone has any tips or pointers before I start. Also any pitfalls and problems I should be looking out for. Thanks.

I used to feed excusively raw, but then last year when i swapped jobs and moved house it as a bit much and too messy so went back to dry food.

Im now settled in my new place with big garage, fridge, freezer etc up there for the dogs and can get back into feeding them decent grub.

Ive filled the freezer this week and im feeding chicken carcasses or lamb ribs every morning and then at night a meal of brown bread, minced meat or green tripe, eggs, fish, cod liver oil, keepers mix etc.

Ive found a slaughterhouse local that sell dog mince for 25p per lb. Now i really dont know whats in it. Its dark in colour and i can tell there is a fair amount of offal in there - liver/kidney etc, plenty of fat in it.

If i fed this 3 or 4 times a week is this likely to cause a problem if it is full of offal which i predict?

      Cheers

Thinking of changing from Dry food (Redmills) to Raw beef if so how much would you recommend roughly a day she should get eg. (1lb - 2lb) and also what else should she get on a day to day basis eg brown bread.
Also have heard of people feeding veggies what sort and do you boil them or what

She is a Pure KC Whippet and is around nearly 16kg

My reasons for the decision to change to RAW is that i have seen dogs on here on raw and they look very very well

      Thank you
