However this Latvian builder has a conviction for murder in Latvia but was allowed into this country ... He was then reported for a sexual attack on a 14 year old girl a few years back but police never followed it up ... Surprise surprise the police now can't find him .... This government is rotten to the core ...........in all truth are actually surprised?
