Out With My New Hw100 177

well give this beuty its first outing last night since i bought it od sean aka viz off here,first shot was a rabbit 40 yards i decided to take a kneeling shot got it straight through top of the head it just rolled over stone dead,second one was another rabbit 25 yards took this one through head also instant kill,on the way back to the car i took a crow high in a sitee tree id say my best shot yet 45 yards got it straight through the neck instant kill ,its a long time since ive used 177 for hunting i was impressed,sorry i dont do pics thanks for reading

Sounds like a good mooch out mate keep it up. Always ad the 177 ad afew shots of mates 22 but it as to be 177 all the way for me

good shooting buddy always been a fan of the 22 myself but may treat my self to a 177

im using jsbs mate,ive always used 22 but thought id give this one a go as it was my mates gun and his guns are always top notch

Thanks lads im looking forward to getting used to this gun and caliber,as I always use my 22 excaliber for hunting but ive a feeling I might be switching to 177 as this gun realy gives me shots I couldnt take with my 22 but only time will tell

Hi mate, i use the HW100 and have it in both 177 and 22 - the 22 hardly ever gets out of the cabinet.

I do a lot of hide shooting and find the flat trajectory lethal.

My brand of pellet for both rifles is the AA fields diablo.

.177 at sub makes it easier than .22

thanks daz,as you know the only reason sean sold it is because hes working away all the time and hasnt got time to use it,had a good outing with it this afternoon up the golf course 3 woodys in the bag,havnt used the rws since i got this gun
