clipo 871 Posted May 14, 2014 Report Share Posted May 14, 2014 can you lay rollout turf over plastic with sand on top or does it need to go on top of soil. dont see why you would want the plastic???? and you can lay turf on sand but you need a type that will grow well on it.... its better if you get a sand/soil mix........
