Coursing Before The Saluki

Recommended Posts

Whatever the dogs make-up,if an hare got up the dog was expected to give it a gallop and at times carry it back, its never been rocket science. The modern lurcher/longdog hybrid,in certain kennels,as to be able to muller every hare it chases to be recognised,by the ignorant minority that strive for numbers when the original only had to feed the owners family. The original did,nt need the speed and endurance of a long slip,it had the sense to work them off their seat and knack em in a few strides, times and ego,s have fecked the kill.
