KEEP CALM AND CARRY ON HUNTING Common sense really,we'll only get one chance to overturn this law so pointless pushing it to a vote when the outcome would nt favour us. When the numbers are in our favour thats the time to be pushing for changing this law Y.I.S Leeview 5 Quote Link to post

Leeview 792
its not going to be a best of 3vote if we can overturn the law thats it it will return to what we loved, no "you can do this but you cant do that anymore, its 100% restored to what it was before the ban" and the anti's wont get a chance to appeal it so we have to be patient until the times right, it may take time a pain I know but patience is a virtue worth waiting for Y.I.S Leeview Quote Link to post

dogmad riley 1,356
The government aren't bothered about us hunting men or the nation, they all piss in the same pot and are out for themselves. That's why I don't vote. Keep fighting the ban you never know atb 1 Quote Link to post
neil cooney 10,416
Riley, a lot of people would say that if you don't vote then you have no opinion on politics and should say nothing on the subject. Quote Link to post

Neil you are probably correct on saying nothing as I don't vote, I have got a opinion but it doesn't matter which political party is in government as people's opinion count for nothing, the act was still brought in even though the majority voted to keep hunting than against. 2 Quote Link to post
neil cooney 10,416
I know. The traitor you had in power at the time had at the time taken a million from the Anti's to ban hunting and in a very anti democratic way listened to the minority instead of the majority. But here you's are years later still enjoying fieldsports in some way at least so the anti's didn't exactly win. But take a leaf out of the anti's book. They believe that if you throw enough shit at a wall at least some of it will stick. So it's up to the hunting fraternity to throw a lot more shit than the anti's regarding reform and this means talking to those who have the power to overturn the Hunting Act and let them know there's a hell of lot of you out there. 5 Quote Link to post

KEEP CALM AND CARRY ON HUNTING Thats exactly right. With all the negative OLD b*****ds on here its no suprise the antis think they can win. To have a free vote at this time would be guaranteed suicide. Quote Link to post
