I've buried good working dogs and have been absolutely gutted, never have I thought even at the back of my mid aw well I can replace them I think animals you have a bond with and have done you proud deserve respect. Agree 100% Mate .

The comments sparked a furious response from a number of animal rights groups, but Walsh felt his view had been slightly misinterpreted. He told the Alan Brazil Sports Breakfast on talkSPORT: "We look after horses like they're pets. There's a huge difference between your pet and your family. That's the point I was making. "There's a big difference between you going home tonight and something's happened to your dog, and you go home tonight and something's happened to one of your kids. There's a huge difference. An individual horse is no more replaceable than an individual human. If being totally emotionless. . . . the burden of replacing a jockey. . . . . . Is probably far easier than replacing a prime, top running, race horse. Plenty of people around, and they are pretty easy to make more of. . . . . . Obviously MY family are more important to me than an animal. . . . But in general? Plenty of occasions where i've found the death of an animal I didn't know sadder and a greater tragedy than the death of some people I didn't know. Long live them bothThat's wasted typing mate!! you might have seen this and that and the next thing and yer mates mammys boobs but am jot talking about that. if someone chooses to get on a horse then they know they could be injured, I was always into motocross bikes I wouldn't moan about an injury where I chose to go on the bike so that's irrelevant to what I'm saying, every time we let a dog off the lead or whatever we know the risk is there it doesn't mean we need to not give a f**k if it happens, I've not disputed the horses are well kept or what read back all the comments nobodys said anything about that what I AM SAYING IS THERE WAS A COMMENT MADE TO THE MEDIA THAT COULD BE TURNED ROUND AND BITE HIM ON THE ARSE....AND IT HAS. Someone in his position should know not to give people ammo to fire back AND IN DOING SO HE MADE HIMSELF LOOK DISRESPECTFUL to the anti brigade, and so he handed himself to the wolfs, I also said EVEN IF HE DOESN'T CARE HE DIDN'T NEED TO TELL THE MEDIA. Edited to add comparing it to farming is a silly comment normally your comments are worth reading. I'm not saying anything about racing or horses or anything I'm saying the man made a silly comment.
