been off work all week got up late and watched a load of magpies rooting about in the back (havent seen this many so early on ) got the aa s510 out within 5 mins shot 4 retreived 3 great start to the day about 12.30 decided to go have a look on some rape fields on my permision a good hours drive away there is plenty about but not decoying gave it ago for a couple of hours with the floaters and flapper nothing hapening so i moved the floaters to the back alterd the decoys and the odd pigeon started to come shot 6 + a big rook not a bad day

 

downside the greedy dog ate 3 good decoy pigeons on the way home

Nice dog, I lost a red lab this year he was smiler stamp lovely dog.

 

How is that dog bred? I will be looking for a lab pup this summer.

the dog was given to me off a landowner were i go ferreting he as been used for picking up since a pup unfortunatley younger dogs come along.

( he as about 6 dogs all gun dogs ) the dog as taken to pigeon shooting straight away he doesnt charge out stays untill told to go fetch any runners i have no papers for the dog but what a cracker
