Jagd Terrier Uk

I'm trying to find a jagd terrier breeder in the UK, these look like hardy dogs from what I've seen and read. Does anyone know of any contacts in the UK and what's your opinion on them, thanks

theres a couple that breed them on here seen a few x breeds for sale not long ago the pure ones are fetching a lot at the moment as theres not that many about

I've searched the Internet high and low but can't seem to find any breeder in this country. Do you know who it was that posted the dogs for sale? I've looked in for sake but nothing. Thanks

Best of importing one, if your going to pay through the eyes for a pup (which you will)

Get the best possible! Still trying to decide if I'm going to take the risk importing one myself.. So many things that could throw a spanner in the works, dog being to big/hard or just being numb altogether!

f**k that, i onced asked to see a pic of the sire to a litter and it was way over 17" then i asked about the dam and it was bred by themselves therefore doesnt work and was only 2 yr old. They dont work the dogs they just import the odd working one, so now they breeding off non workers aswell,

There's so many good and bad reports on them some say they have heart attacks while underground and others say they can't fault them. I'm not sure about the kennels in Norfolk will never know how close bred they are with them seeming to be the only breeders in the UK. And those kennels I'm sure will want more money than what they are imported for. Thanks for all the replys

I've heard the main problem with these is just nt knowing the size as they can be far to big to go to ground, like has been said in the thread there is plenty of genuine stuff over here that will do more than u need, atb

Depending who you know and where you are, finding a really decent pup from over here is even harder! And more costly in the long run/waste of effort... Not saying jadgs are any better, have to be just as careful either way...

I no wat u mean but 100's of lads gt good dogs in this country that maybe nt frm the best of lines but do wat they want them to do, all am sayin f he just wants a gud little fox dog plenty of options over here

There leggy but you can span them with ease they seem to have more drive than your average terrier shes only young still but showing a lot off promise all she wants to do is graft none stop
