His fitness was'nt all that, i'd expect a lot of pro's would tan that record had they the funding/inclination but he was making a tv programme, possibly a touch arrogant/ignorant when dismissing Rourkes suggestion with the tyre increase, intresting that steel was spec'd with all these £10k carbon bikes around..perhaps they know something the slaves to fashion don't.
