one time i got arrested and they took my dogs they kept mine in the back of a police dog van, at the police station, i could hear them barking like F@ck nearby from my cell in the police station, and later on upon my release the coppers who nicked me and locked me up complained to me that my dogs had shit all over there van and trampled it all over,, and the coppers had had to clean it all up

 

 

and on another time local to where i live, the coppers took my dogs off me and put them in my kennels at home, while they arrested me and locked me up 20

miles away

 

another time the coppers pulled us and wanted to check the motor out my mates dog was going mad at the coppers from inside the motor it wouldnt let them in, coppers asked my mate to sort the dog out, he told the coppers they would have to sort it out themselves, so they arrested my mate for obstruction and kept him in local custody from saturday till monday

If you are charged with an offence under the Hunting Act, they can confiscate your dogs, vehicle and equipment, they will put your dogs in a RSPCA or similar kennels, the vehicle will be in a police pound, this could be for months, if found guilty they can destroy the dogs and keep the vehicle, you will get a bill for thousands for keeping the dogs and the vehicle, this will be added to any fine or sentence you get, if proved innocent you will get them back, no charges to pay but in poor condition, I have seen this happen.
