patterdalejoel 669
had a few hours out with the dog and an old rifle lamp wired up to a pigeon decoy battery, works a treat. that rabbit nearest the camera was f***ing massive, bigger than the bloody dog our night was cut short, as although we were on genuine permission, we had just climbed a wall, stood next to it deciding the plan of action, when we heard what could only have been an air rifle pellet ping off the wall behind us. so lamp off and we quick marched out of there no idea whp it could of been . but yeah im pleased with dog her recall is 10 times better than it was first trip, shes slowly not hunting up 4 Quote Link to post

Lovely little bitch too! Some sat tight yes but i must say 1 or 2 of them were caught when i slipped the dog ambitiously and thought why the hell did i do that as soon as i did it and didnt think she saw them but she did. some of the best runs were where she didnt catch, the thrill of the course eh Quote Link to post

Having said I'd really prefer a really good run and catch the rabbit if i'm honest! Quote Link to post
