walshie 2,804
A "forum member" who can't even put up a picture has asked me to do it for him. What do you suppose this badly stuffed animal might have been when it was alive?

Outlaw Pete 2,224
It's very easy to google what sort of martens may be expected in a given geographical location. Once that location has been revealed Now, try googling why it's so light coloured ..... Don't bother. I'll tell you, right off the top of my head because it's something I know about. That thing's been left in strong, direct sunlight. Worst thing ye can ever do with a mount. As ye can see, it bleaches the fur and takes most things back to a rather unpleasant, sandy colour. Personally, I hate seeing uncased work. That means the thing'll get covered in dust and then ruffled when the lady tries to dust it off. And anyone who doesn't know to protect their mount that way will be just as likely to leave it in the sun. Any of you lads investing in a hare or fox mount? Look at that miserable marten and then consider where to hang your own specimen
