Thanks for the offer gd waz, much appreciated, ive relatives about an hour from lourdes near a town called dax? Im long overdue a visit to them, friends in holland and germany to visit and the friend whos moving to northern spain (he hasnt told me where but I can stay as long as I want. Yep ferreting is ok, although you need to have a letter from the pre-fecture where I am, not many rabbits around my way, but my new place with the land has a fair few. One of my mates is ferreting mad, he has had all me old nets of me, and ive had to get him more. So if you get down here bring him a ferret and he will remember you for life. Waz 4,293 Posted September 15, 2013 Report Share Posted September 15, 2013 Hunting with sighthounds is a no go, but there are some real sleak breeds of hounds over here...... & once ive settled in the new place might see if I can get my hands on the hairiest lurcher I can get my hands on, wheaten greyhound would be a dream, as plenty of work alongside the terriers.
