If he's done a horrendous crime as stated then I would be first in line to give him some justice however what i dont understand if he has done this crime I can't even bring myself to type how the hell is he walking the streets?? What if this guy is just being set up by someone with a vandetta against him. As I said if he's guilty he deserves all he gets but I would want to know more before arranging a posse.
