walshie 2,804
Cheers lads. Tenby it is then. I'd like to see real Wales. Wonder if there's a Wetherspoons there?
walshie 2,804
Mrs w has it in her head to have a look at some houses in Pembrokeshire. We intend to just pop over for the weekend to get a feel for the area and possibly stay a night or two in Tenby. Anything good or bad to say about Tenby much appreciated. You'll find they're a bit more laid back over there than us rough arse's from the valley's butty, beautiful part of Wales it is mun. You "rough arses" are all pussycats. At least the one's I've met. Malt 379
Cheers lads. Tenby it is then. I'd like to see real Wales. Wonder if there's a Wetherspoons there? They've been trying to get into Tenby for years mate, think Haverfordwest is the closest one.. One thing you don't have to worry about in Tenby is the pubs though, there's one of the highest number of pubs per head of population in the UK!

walshie 2,804
I was half expecting bad reviews, don't know why. Can't wait to get there now for a weekend. As long as we aren't lynched by the English haters, it should be great. Hmmm. Trish is Irish so i guess she won't be horribly murdered.
Frann 882
Was in Tenby yesterday, its wonderful part of Wales Walshie mate. I was drinking with some lads from England and nay bother. Im sure there have been Welsh guys who have been azzholes to visiting English but you get azzholes everywhere. I don't live far from Tenby, and ive never known local lads to be rude to visitors. Sounds like fun...we're still looking around the Welsh Borders near Oswestry....been going on for even There's some amazing places in Wales but my missus is a teacher so she wouldn't be able to work in a Welsh speaking school which restricts us to certain areas.
fireman 11,393
Don't just look at Tenby and up and around St Davids right up to Cardigan is a awsome place to live and would start packing now and move back tonight if i could, loads more game to hunt in Norfolk but the sea fishing is shite and the coast line not in the same league as West Wales.I never had any issues with being English there and it's called Little England by the Welsh anyway ,you will need a good water proof coat but by god it's a grand place to live .
