Planning a 2014 litter and looking for a whirrier stud. (or 2015 if I don't find the right stock.

Beddy whippet

JR whippet

Patt whippet

Border whippet

Fox whippet

etc.

1/2 x or 3/4 whippet. (racy)

Dog with excellent stamina, good build, worker to worker. Great feet etc.

Dog with working experience, not a 1-2 year old stud with only one or two seasons.

Good nose. As allround as possible with the given height and breeding.

Height: (and others in his line) 17-18" max! (would prefer 16")

Coat: proper working dog coat. Wire hair, broken everything goes (no thin jacket)

Colour: red and white, tri colour, sable/sand etc. (preferably no grey/black only)

Character/temperament: intelligent, bold, brave, kind with other dogs, happy in car, some guarding instincts in/around the house.

Would be nice if the parents and grandparents are known and the dog itself can be seen working. If possible from a line (line bred whirrier).

I have plenty of time to look for the right stud. Send me a pm if you think your dog is upto scratch.

I'm willing to travel anywhere in England/Scotland and Wales for the right stud.

Parker is too tall and smooth coated, otherwise he fits the bill. There are plenty of pictures on here if you search. He is unproven as a stud though, but you'd be welcome to see him at work. I'm not convinced about the cross though, I'd sooner put him back to a good whippet or small lurcher bitch if I wanted a pup.

Hi guys I and 2 mates are looking for some permission for some rabbit hunting in cornwall but can’t find where to ask. I and my mates are all greatly skilled with air rifles from just sitting in the back of our gardens with targets roughly 50-100yards and want to move onto small game so if anyone knows of anyone in cornwall that would give us permission please let me know.

Hi, we're having a sudden rat infestation on our small holding in North Cotswolds. Wondering if there are any people around with ratting dogs who want a bit of work?
