I don't really want to shoot so many rabbits this time of year, but it's what the owner wants as he's got a few horses. Bit worried if I don't, he might get someone else to, and the land is great for corvids too. What would you do? Dilemmas eh? Quote Link to post

I got permission to shoot a dairy farm that was , as i was told, infested with rats. First night i saw one bloody rat. Everyone has an opinion on what to do but the owner has asked you to do a job it's no good leaving some for the following season if you get fecked out of it before the season has finished . The Seeker 3,048 Posted June 30, 2013 Report Share Posted June 30, 2013 I have exactly the same situation controlling rabbits on three livery stable farms that are joined. I turn up and bag a couple nothing too excessive they are happy cause they know I'm doing it. They have been approached at least half a dozen times over the last 5 years people asking for permission but I must be doing something right as they always get turned down. My advice would be to keep showing your face and pop a couple so they can see you doing a job, 1 Quote Link to post
