Whats This On The Rabbit?

Caught 2 rabbits with the lurcher, a big fat one and a littleun.

 

When I skinned them, the little one was normal, but the big one had this white gunk along the belly (no where else) just along the line were I cut it, right along. Not inside the rabbit, just inside the skin.

Anyone know what it is?

Aye a milky doe , it will come off as you skin it so no problem eating it
