seen a few posts on here a while back....and also spoke to a mate who said he was a waank....

 

seen him a couple of years ago...cant remember when....

 

and thought he was an arrogant cnut to be honest....

 

but to be fair....

 

seen him over the weekend at the yorkshire game fair... had one of the smallest....but most interesting stalls at the fair...nets of all sorts...snares....catapults (which were SUPER expensive).....longnets baskets (which were pretty cheap).....

 

the stuff...the average ferreter/netter would use.

 

also had some cord game carriers....which im relieved to say werent as good as mine ...

 

anyway....

 

the guy took the time to show me how to run out a net, set a traditional along with the poles, make my own and take it back in....

 

answered a lot of questions i had....a picture paints a thousand words so to speak.

Only problem i had when i phoned him i had to give the phone to the wife we could understand each others accents

I take it you did nt tell him what you thought of him before he gave you all this advice?

these baskets were sound..23 quid.....

i had the same problem . I did send him a mk1 box to look at he sent it back after saying it was now working perfect but it still only picks up at 6ft but that is better than it was

Aye i remember seeing him at the Yorkshire 2/3 years ago and there where three ferreting stall and hes shouting my nets are the best here
