Never thought of flapjack as a dangerous weapon, but at a school on canvey island a pupil was hit by a flying piece of it in a food fight and had to be sent home with a sore eye [diddums] no doubt will need a PTSD counseller and a health and safety officer to accompany them. Anyway the outcome is that the school has banned flapjack being cut into triangles, it must be served only in square cut pieces, apparently a 90 degree angle on the corner is considered safe, not like those nasty 45 degree points on a triangular piece. Jesus health and safety gone mad or what.
